Our Code of Ethics and Conduct (PDF, 336.88 KB) sets out how we work at the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment. The Code, along with other policies, are used by staff in the day-to-day operations of the department.

Lobbying of Government Officials Policy (PDF, 210.21 KB) The Lobbying of Government Officials Policy provides guidance and direction on how engagements with lobbyist are arranged and managed. The policy outlines the requirement to publish records in relation to meetings with registered Third-Party Lobbyists and how these records are managed in compliance with record keeping obligations.
