Our Code of Ethics and Conduct ((PDF 336.9 KB)) sets out how we work at the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment. The Code, along with other policies, are used by staff in the day-to-day operations of the department.

External Service-Related Complaints Policy ((PDF 65.0 KB)) This policy sets out the principles and commitments in complaint handing and ensure that complaints and feedback received are being managed inline with these principles and commitments.
Lobbying of Government Officials Policy ((PDF 214.0 KB)) The Lobbying of Government Officials Policy provides guidance and direction on how engagements with lobbyist are arranged and managed. The policy outlines the requirement to publish records in relation to meetings with registered Third-Party Lobbyists and how these records are managed in compliance with record keeping obligations.
