105 Prince Street, Orange, the Ian Armstrong Building, is a state-of-art workplace hub, providing A-grade office accommodation for NSW government employees.
The 8,500m2 hub accommodates workers from multiple government agencies.

Background
Property and Development NSW (PDNSW) secured a long-term lease commitment with Verde Property Group to establish a government hub incorporating the former Department of Industry’s headquarters.
The hub was officially opened in September 2020.
