About the project
The NSW Rural Fire Service (NSW RFS) headquarters at Sydney Olympic Park is a 8,300m2 contemporary and dynamic workplace which features a range of work settings and spaces to meet individual, team and operational work requirements.
The headquarters incorporates the State Operations Centre, a crucial resource for emergency response and cross-agency collaboration during bushfires and other significant events.

Background
Property & Development NSW (PDNSW) initiated an Expression of Interest and Request for Tender process in 2015 to secure long-term leased government office accommodation for a new NSW RFS headquarters.
GPT Group was selected to acquire the site and deliver the A-grade commercial building, which was completed in 2018.
