- An upgrade of Campbells Cove public domain, including lowering and widening the foreshore promenade to deliver enhanced public access to The Rocks and to cruise ships, estimated at $15 million.
- Completion of the public domain that adjoins the International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney) development on the eastern side of Darling Harbour, including works to the Liverpool Street entry to Darling Harbour, Darling Quarter pavement and Harbour Street, estimated at $5 million.
- An upgrade to Cockle Bay Wharves (artist's impression pictured above), delivering a single high capacity wharf and world class on-water public domain space on the western side of Cockle Bay, estimated at $15 million.
