Tender Details
Property & Development NSW (PDNSW), on behalf of School Infrastructure NSW and Department of Communities and Justice, is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from Respondents who have the capability, capacity and a vision to plan and deliver the Rydalmere Development Precinct and educational infrastructure (Project) in partnership with the NSW Government.
Specifically, this EOI:
- seeks submissions from interested parties with appropriate experience, resources and ability to deliver the requirements of the Project and deliver a value for money outcome to the NSW Government;
- outlines the commercial objectives and framework for the Department of Education (DoE) and the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) and the preferred transaction arrangements;
- provides details on development potential of the Rydalmere Development Precinct (RDP or Precinct); and
- provides detail on School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) school requirements (within the RDP or within the Rydalmere Target Area).
