Smart Places Advisory Council

The Smart Places Advisory Council was established in September 2020 to support implementation of the NSW Smart Places agenda, by:

The Smart Places Advisory Council is chaired by Dr Ian Oppermann, NSW Chief Data Scientist and Adjunct Professor at the University of Technology Sydney. The Smart Places Advisory Council includes representatives from industry, research and academia, local government and community/consumer advocacy organisations.

The current list of organisations represented on the Smart Places Advisory Council are:
