To maintain and improve the quality of the services we provide, we are committed to addressing feedback and resolving complaints fairly and thoroughly.

Reporting serious wrongdoing
The Department of Planning and Environment has zero tolerance for fraud, corruption and other forms of serious wrongdoing.
If you suspect serious wrongdoing has been committed by an employee or other persons working for the department, we encourage you to make a report.
Note that you can report anonymously.

Service of legal documents during COVID-19
Due to current working conditions, service on the Department for litigation matters is only accepted electronically.
Please send any legal documents for service for litigation to legalservices@planning.nsw.gov.au.
Conduct money for subpoenas will be accepted by electronic transfer. Electronic transfer details will be provided upon request.
