Property and Development NSW (PDNSW) is responsible for the management and delivery of large scale or complex real estate projects, transactions, workplace strategy, design and delivery, including the management of the NSW Government’s significant property portfolio.
Our services address the NSW Government’s Priorities and State Outcomes by delivering optimal community benefit from government land and property including sustainable and productive outcomes for metro and regional industries and communities.
