Panel discussion – LAHC apprenticeship and cadetship program

In November 2020, the NSW Government announced an $80 million investment to fund around 300 apprentices and cadets in the NSW construction and housing sector. These jobs and training places are targeted to young people, social housing tenants and those wanting a career change to enter the NSW construction and housing sector.

The NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) is delivering the program in partnership with Housing Industry Australia (HIA), Master Builders Association (MBA), Community Housing Industry Association (CHIA) NSW and TAFE NSW.
