The Expression of Interest (EOI) invites private and non-government organisations to express their interest in the opportunity to work with LAHC to redevelop the site guided by the ‘A Vision for Telopea’ Master Plan’.
This plan was created by LAHC to guide the redevelopment of the neighbourhood and proposed planning controls.
