Direct Dealing Proposals - Assessed Proposals

In accordance with the LAHC direct dealing assessment framework, LAHC has assessed the below proposals submitted by Community Housing Providers under the CHP Direct Dealing Policy.

Pacific Link Housing (PLH) The Entrance PLH’s proposal invites Homes NSW to invest in PLH’s development of a mixed-use site, which will include market housing, affordable housing and social housing, whereby the social housing will be owned by Homes NSW and managed by PLH. Stage 2 Approval on 30 June 2023 Homes NSW will acquire an agreed number of strata units for social housing in PLH’s development at the Entrance.
DV West Ltd Penrith Direct Sale Stage 2 Approval on 16 February 2023 DV West Ltd plans to construct 8-10 dwellings using the “core and cluster” model to provide housing for women and their children escaping domestic violence.
Wesley Mission Sadleir Direct Sale Stage 2 Approval on 10 February 2023 Wesley Community Services Limited plans to construct 10 properties using the “core and cluster model” to provide crisis refuge accommodation for women and children escaping domestic violence.
Evolve Housing (Evolve)ArncliffeEvolve's proposal invites Homes NSW to invest in a development of a mixed-use site, which will include market housing, affordable housing and social housing, whereby the social housing will be owned by Homes NSW and managed by Evolve.State 2

Homes NSW will receive social housing units in return for a capital contribution as an investment towards the acquisition of affordable units by Evolve.
Hume Community Housing (Hume)VillawoodHume's proposal invites Homes NSW to invest in a development of a mixed-use site, which will include market housing, affordable housing and social housing, where the social housing will be owned by Homes NSW and managed by Hume.Stage 1
Approval on 23 October 2023
Homes NSW will receive social housing units in return for a capital contribution as an investment toward the acquisition of market and affordable units by Hume.
Link Wentworth Housing (Link Wentworth)ThornleighLink Wentworth's Proposal invites Homes NSW to invest in a development of a site for seniors housing which will be leased to social housing tenants with one of three buildings owned by Homes NSW and managed by Link Wentworth.Stage 1 Approval on 16 February 2024.Link Wentworth will deliver three buildings each with 16 seniors housing units with one building owned by Homes NSW, and two buildings to be owned by Link Wentworth.
