Community Housing Limited plans to construct duplex style dwellings on the land to provide social housing options for the Kempsey Community.

The project received a capital grant of $7.8 million from Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ), to deliver 32 social housing units in West Kempsey.

Wesley Community Services Limited Sadleir Sale of properties June 2023 Wesley Community Services Limited plans to construct 10 properties using the "core and cluster model" to provide crisis refuge accommodation for women and children escapting domestic violence.
DV West Ltd Penrith Sale of land April 2023 DV West Ltd plans to construct 8-10 dwellings using the “core and cluster” model to provide housing for women and their children escaping domestic violence.
Argyle Community Housing Ltd Yass Sale of land December 2022 Argyle Housing plans to construct 11 villas/townhouses which will offer affordable and adaptable housing as well as private market housing
Temora Shire Council with a Community Housing Provider Temora Sale of land August 2022 Temora Shire Council will partner with a Community Housing Provider to construct affordable and accessible housing on council-owned land.
Southern Cross Community Housing Nowra Sale of land June 2022 Southern Cross Community Housing will construct 7–10 social and affordable dwellings. This project is partly funded by a capital grant under the Together Home Transition Program.
Southern Cross Community Housing Cooma Sale of land September 2021 Southern Cross Community Housing plans to will construct 7 studio apartments for women and children escaping domestic violence, collaborating with Mission Australia for wrap around services. This is partly funded by a Commonwealth grant under the Safe Places Program.
Housing Plus Mudgee Redevelopment November 2021 HousingPlus will redevelop existing Land and Housing Corporation units that are no longer fit-for purpose to deliver 8 2-bedroom duplexes. Housing Plus will manage these new dwellings under a 20-year lease.
Hume Community  HousingRaymond TerraceRedevelopmentJune 2024Hume Community Housing (Hume) will be constructing 13 new townhouses, with six social townhouses to be owned by Homes NSW (and managed by Hume), and seven affordable townhouses to be owned by Hume.
Hume’s proposal contributes to the renewal of stock in the Hunter-New England SHMT portfolio by asset recycling poor condition or void homes to increase the supply of new fit for purpose social and affordable housing.
