Residents can call the Maintenance Hub on 1800 422 322. This is the fastest way to lodge a request.

The Maintenance Hub is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Non-urgent requests can also be lodged through the eRepair portal.

eRepair walks you through a series of simple pictures and diagrams to help you identify the repair you need and then lodge your maintenance request online.
