The Lift Services Contract covers the delivery of lift maintenance servicing for more than 170 lifts within the state’s social housing portfolio.
Specialist contractors will directly provide responsive repairs and programmed maintenance of lifts according to a contemporary maintenance regime with enhanced quality assurance and record-keeping.

A request for tender to businesses across NSW to deliver lift services to support the new maintenance contract will open in early 2024.
