The Specialised Fire Safety Services (SFSS) Contract covers the delivery of fire safety servicing and maintenance for applicable properties across the state.
Specialist contractors will directly provide servicing, testing, inspection and maintenance of specialised and complex fire safety systems according to a contemporary maintenance regime with enhanced quality assurance and record-keeping.
Request for tender
A request for tender to businesses across NSW to deliver specialised fire safety services to support the new maintenance contract closed in October 2023. A competitive tender evaluation process is now underway.
At award stage, several specialist contractors will be selected to deliver maintenance across 13 key contract areas across the state.
