105 Prince Street, Orange, the Ian Armstrong Building, is a state-of-art workplace hub, providing A-grade office accommodation for NSW government employees.
The 8,500m2 hub accommodates workers from the Department of Planning and Environment (DPE), the Premier’s Department, and the Department of Regional NSW (DRNSW).

- Modern fit-out supporting a variety of work settings enables government employees to deliver great outcomes for the people of NSW
- Future-focused, flexible workplace design supports hybrid working and the ability to adapt to changing government requirements
- Supports sustainability targets, with 5-star NABERS Energy, 4-star NABERS Water and 5-star Green Star ratings
- Consolidation of agencies encourages collaboration and increases efficiencies, reducing occupancy costs
Background
Property & Development NSW secured a long-term lease commitment with Verde Property Group to establish a government hub incorporating the former Department of Industry’s headquarters.
The hub was officially opened in September 2020.
