  • Improved environmental outcomes with 5-star NABERS Energy, 4-star NABERS Water and 5 -star Greenstar ratings.

Background

The NSW Government purchased the former Newcastle and Suburban Co-operative Society Limited site in 2015.

Property and Development NSW (PDNSW) conducted a tender process in 2017 and selected the Doma Group to develop the site to deliver a sustainable and future-focused government workplace hub. Charter Hall now owns the building.
