We have completed a 2-storey, 12-unit apartment building in Wauchope for up to 20 social housing residents.
The new development consists of eight 1-bedroom and four 2-bedroom apartments with two units for residents that require wheelchair access. Solar panels power the common areas and residents’ hot water systems, and rainwater is harvested for use in laundries and landscaping.
Close to walking distance of public transport and shops, and close to Wauchope town centre and train station.
These homes were designed to integrate seamlessly with the local village character of Wauchope.
