We completed 8 1-bedroom social housing units on Short Street in 2021.
Each unit has a solar rooftop system, and the development features an environmentally sustainable rainwater tank. The ground-floor unit is accessible and can be adapted for residents with restricted mobility.
There is also resident car parking.
Dubbo TAFE students helped us to develop the apartment building under the supervision of qualified tradespeople.
The $2.22 million development is on a quiet street and within walking distance to amenities and public transport that provides access to Orana Mall, Dubbo CBD and the train station.
