What's happening

We completed units on Mary and Hume streets in June 2022 to house up to 25 social housing residents.

Located within walking distance of schools and 2 km of the Goulburn town centre, the development has 12 1-bedroom and 8 2-bedroom units, as well as 14 parking spaces.

By building 2 low-rise apartment buildings rather than a single structure, we minimised the visual impact of the development, aiding its integration into the low-density neighbourhood.

The site includes mature landscaping with common and private outdoor spaces. A large English oak tree was retained for residents to enjoy.

Around 35 jobs were created as part of this project.

Project Coordination (Australia) built the apartments.

This development is one of about 50 projects being delivered under the NSW Government’s $400 million Fast-Track Housing Construction Package, to help boost economic recovery from COVID-19 in communities throughout the state.
