We completed units on Mary and Hume streets in June 2022 to house up to 25 social housing residents.
Located within walking distance of schools and 2 km from the Goulburn town centre, the development has 12 one-bedroom and 8 two-bedroom units, as well as 14 parking spaces.
By building 2 low-rise apartment buildings rather than a single structure, we minimised the visual impact of the development, aiding its integration into the low-density neighbourhood.
The site includes mature landscaping with common and private outdoor spaces. A large English oak tree was retained for residents to enjoy.
The project created around 35 jobs.
