Community consultation recently closed on our proposal to replace 5 ageing properties with a 2-storey apartment building comprising 10 2-bedroom and 14 1-bedroom units. When completed, the building will be home to around 40 residents.
This renewal project is close to Albury Airport and train station, and within walking distance of Albury Base Hospital.
The proposed development features an environmentally sustainable rainwater tank; solar rooftop systems on each unit; one modified, accessible ground-floor unit, and 17 car parking spaces for residents.
