The new development includes three 1-bedroom and five 2-bedroom units, each with private open spaces, solar panels and ground-level parking. Set into an existing mature landscape, 2 existing, well-established native trees have been retained.
Close to public transport and the local public school, tenants also have easy access to several parks and reserves. The University of Newcastle is 1 km away.
This project is one of ten developments in a $47 million pipeline to provide 138 homes in the Newcastle region over the next three years.
