In 2021, we completed our 14-unit apartment building on Jubilee Street, giving up to 22 senior residents a home close to the services they need – local shops, a doctor’s surgery and buses.
Each unit has a solar rooftop system to keep down energy costs, and rainwater tanks. There is also resident parking.
Built in partnership with Greenwich Build Pty Ltd, the $4.43-million project includes 8 2bedroom and 6 1-bedroom units.
The project created 22 jobs.
