We completed our social housing apartments at 2–6 Richard Street in October 2021.
The 2-storey building is made up of 6 one-bedroom and 8 2-bedroom units and is home to up to 22 social housing residents.
The development is within walking distance of the centre of Adamstown, ensuring residents have easy access to shops and other services.

Around 20 jobs were created as part of this project.
