What's happening
We completed a 2-storey, 10-unit apartment building for vulnerable seniors in 2021.
The building is 350 m walking distance from Wagga Wagga Base Hospital and 1.3 km north-west of Wagga Wagga train station and city centre.
It has 8 1-bedroom and 2 2-bedroom units, with parking and landscaping.
While contemporary in design, the building has traditional characteristics, such as covered building entries, verandahs and articulated windows, to be sympathetic to the streetscape.
Westbury Constructions built the apartments.
Around 16 jobs were created as part of this project.
