What’s happening
We’re redeveloping a vacant site in the Villawood town centre to create new housing.
The 1.48 Ha site is within walking distance of local shops, schools, bus services and a train station.
The redevelopment will renew the town centre and better connect it with surrounding residential areas, creating new outdoor spaces for the neighbourhood.
Our project partner, Traders in Purple, lodged a development application with Fairfield City Council in August 2021 to build a 3,000 m2 park and 365 apartments, 55 of which will be social housing.
