What's happening
We completed our Hilda Avenue development in 2021.
The development has 4 one-bedroom and 8 2-bedroom units for seniors and people with disability.
Located close to public transport, the M5 Motorway corridor and vital community services at Casula Mall, the complex contributes to the surrounding streetscape with its modern design finishes and materials, and extensive landscaping.
It also features solar panels and rainwater tanks that collect water for the grounds and laundries.
There is resident car parking, including accessible parking spaces, and an accessible footpath at the front.
All ground-level units are suitable for residents with mobility restrictions and readily adaptable for people who use wheelchairs.
This is one of about 50 projects being delivered under the NSW Government’s $400-million Fast-Track Housing Construction Package, to help boost economic recovery from COVID-19 in communities throughout the state.
We partnered with Academy Construction and Development to build this project.
Around 17 jobs have been created as part of this project.
