What’s happening
Construction has commenced to redevelop four existing dwellings into a residential flat building comprising 30 residential units and 15 car parking spaces.
Located in an established medium density area, the development will contain 13 two-bedroom and 17 one-bedroom units. Three units are adaptable and wheelchair accessible.
A rainwater tank will be installed for irrigation to the landscaped common areas.
Mono Constructions will be building these units, and around 72 jobs will be created during the lifespan of the project.
Construction is expected to be completed in mid-2024.
