We’ve completed construction of 15 townhouses and villas in North Richmond, providing new homes for up to 29 residents.

The 2-storey development has 14 2-bedroom townhouses and 1 adaptable 1-bedroom villa to accommodate people who use wheelchairs.

Located close to the North Richmond shopping precinct and public school, the development includes 120 m of new footpath along Sunnyside Crescent.

Two mature trees were kept for the enjoyment of residents and to provide shade for the complex.

This is one of about 50 projects delivered under the NSW Government’s $400-million Fast-Track Housing Construction Package, to help boost economic recovery from COVID-19 in communities throughout the state.

The project was completed in December 2022.

Westbury Constructions was contracted to build the project.

Around 26 jobs were created as part of this project.
