What's happening

We completed new apartments on Vicliffe Street in Campsie in February 2023.

The development has 11 2-bedroom and 10 1-bedroom units and is home to up to 32 social housing residents.

It is located within 350 m of bus stops, and close to Campsie shops and Canterbury Hospital. The development includes an internal lift, energy-saving solar panels in communal areas, and level access to dwellings and communal areas to make it easier for older residents, people with disability or those with prams to get about.

This is one of about 50 projects being delivered under the NSW Government’s $400-million Fast-Track Housing Construction Package, to help boost economic recovery from COVID-19 in communities throughout the state.

Mono Constructions built the apartments.

During the project’s life cycle, 39 jobs were created.
