We completed our 3-storey, 18-unit apartment building in 2021.
Within walking distance of bus stops with services to Bankstown, Hurstville and Parramatta stations, the 10 2-bedroom and 8 one-bedroom units are home to up to 28 social housing residents.
The development features solar panels to power lighting in common areas, water recycling for landscaped areas, a communal garden and a new footpath along the building’s frontage.
An internal lift provides access to all units, and the basement and 6 units are adaptable for people with restricted mobility.
This is one of about 50 projects being delivered under the NSW Government’s $400-million Fast-Track Housing Construction Package, to help boost economic recovery from COVID-19 in communities throughout the state.
Tradelink Constructions was contracted to build the project.
Around 33 jobs were created as part of this project.
