What's happening
We completed our Miller apartment building to house up to 20 older social housing residents in December 2020.
The 2-storey building, which uses a combination of brick, painted render and cladding, comprises 8 2-bedroom and 4 one-bedroom units. It was carefully designed to blend in with neighbouring residential buildings.
The complex has a communal garden and resident parking and is within walking distance of public transport. It is conveniently located near Miller Central Mall and the M7 freeway.
Newbuild Developments built the apartments.
Around 20 jobs were created as part of this project.
