What's happening

We completed our Murdoch Street apartments in November 2021.

The 2-storey complex has 6 2-bedroom and 6 one-bedroom units for up to 18 seniors.

Located within walking distance of a bus stop with services to Mt Druitt train station and Westfield Shopping Centre, the complex includes rainwater tanks that collect water for gardens and laundries. It also has resident car parking, including accessible spaces.

Designed to meet the needs of older residents, it has level access to all ground-floor units, and a wide, gently sloped footpath that makes it easy to reach the bus stop.

This is one of about 50 projects being delivered under the NSW Government’s $400-million Fast-Track Housing Construction Package, to help boost economic recovery from COVID19 in communities throughout the state.

BRISbuild were contracted to build the project.

Around 21 jobs were created as part of this project.
