What’s happening

We’re seeking proposals from community housing providers or community housing provider-led consortiums to deliver 65 new homes across 3 bundled sites in Parramatta dedicated to social, affordable and key-worker housing.

The successful provider will need to deliver a minimum of 40% social, 40% affordable and 20% diverse rental housing across the 3 sites.

The project includes a direct investment of land and a financial contribution by the NSW Government, as well as funding through the Australian Government’s National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation.

The tender opens on Monday 22 May 2023 and runs until 2 pm (AEST) 18 July 2023.

Collett Parade

Project details

The Parramatta development will deliver 22 units at Irving Street, 16 units at Collett Parade and 27 units at Collett Parade and Pennant Street.

Located within walking distance to the Western Sydney University, Parramatta Campus and just 3 km from the Parramatta CBD, the apartments will be a mix of one- and 2-bedroom layouts suitable for singles, couples and families.

When fully completed in 2026, the project will deliver homes for more than 100 new tenants.
