What's happening
We’ve completed 16 new social homes for seniors in south western Sydney.
The 8 one-bedroom and 8 two-bedroom units will become homes for up to 28 social housing residents.
Designed for older people, the development features accessible ground-floor units with private courtyards and level access throughout the common areas. It’s located within walking distance of bus stops, with services to Cabramatta and Liverpool CBDs, and close to The Valley Plaza shopping precinct.
To complement the high retention of established trees, the development’s extensive landscaping includes new trees planted across the site.
The project created around 34 jobs.
