We completed this mixed-tenure development blending social housing and private homes in early 2024.
The development is made up of 3 residential apartment buildings with a total of 150 units. Thirty homes are dedicated to social housing tenants.
The development features:
- open spaces with landscaping between each building
- a rooftop terrace
- revitalised streetscapes
- water recycling
- solar panels.
All apartments have step-free access to help people with mobility restrictions. There is also a 3-level basement car park for residents.
Our development partner Billbergia oversaw construction, while Evolve Housing is managing the social housing units.
