We completed our 2-storey apartment building, comprising 6 2-bedroom and 2 one-bedroom units, in 2021.
Located close to public transport and community services and within walking distance of Bright Park, the development is home for up to 14 older social housing residents. It has been designed to complement the streetscape and character of the local area.
There is also car parking, and 4 ground-floor units have been designed for easy access for residents with mobility issues.
This is one of about 50 projects being delivered under the NSW Government’s $400-million Fast-Track Housing Construction Package, to help boost economic recovery from COVID-19 in communities throughout the state.
E Galasso Pty Ltd was contracted to build the project.
Around 13 jobs were created as part of this project.
