What’s happening
Construction has started on a new development featuring 10 two-bedroom and 2 one-bedroom units in Lawrence Street, Peakhurst.
Located close to transport links and within walking distance of Peakhurst Park, the development includes several environmental features, including:
- 6-star gas instantaneous hot water systems
- 5-star tapes in the kitchens and a 4-star flushing system for the toilets
- Solar photovoltaic system to power common area lighting
- 20,000 litre central water tank for irrigation of the common landscaped areas
Mono Constructions will be building these units, and around 27 jobs will be created during the lifespan of the project.
Construction is expected to be completed in mid-2024.
